By downloading, installing, or using Twinara Translator ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Twinara Translator is an on-device translation application that provides:

  • Text translation between 30+ languages
  • Voice-to-text translation
  • Conversation mode for real-time two-person translation
  • Camera-based text recognition and translation
  • Text-to-speech output

All features operate offline on your device after initial language model download.

3. Subscription

  • The App offers a free tier with basic features and a premium subscription (₹99/month) with advanced features.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly through Google Play.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play Store → Subscriptions.
  • Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy.

4. Accuracy

  • Translation accuracy depends on language complexity, dialect, and input quality.
  • The App uses AI models that may not always produce perfect translations.
  • We do not guarantee 100% accuracy for any translation.
  • The App should not be used for legal, medical, or safety-critical translations where accuracy is essential.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Distribute or share the App's AI models separately

6. Intellectual Property

  • The App, including its AI models, code, design, and branding, is the property of Twinara Technologies Private Limited.
  • "Twinara" and "Twinara Translator" are trademarks of Twinara Technologies Private Limited.

7. Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TWINARA TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INACCURATE TRANSLATIONS.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time without prior notice for violation of these Terms.

9. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
